Support for VIEW of the ISPF log

In dialog test, panel ISPYXD1 currently supports an option 5, "Browse ISPF log". But browse is not as versatile as View. When using the View service, the dialog developer can use exclude and find commands to filter which lines are displayed, making it easier to perform problem determination. In addition, the View service allows the use of user-defined edit macros to help with problem determination.

When viewing the ISPF log, there are some things that might be of interest. When viewed with HILITE ON, the user will want lines with "***** Dialog Error *****" to be emphasized.
