Enhance ISPF Edit Panel REXX to See *ALL* of the Data

Enhance ISPF Panel REXX to allow access beyond the zscreeni (current screen) to see the entire edit/view data. This will allow changing hilighting when text spans screens, and will also allow other actions based on the entire edit data rather than just the current screen.

If the data is all in memory then a pointer to the start and end of the memory location would suffice along with a pointer to the current top display location. That would allow the user to 'walk' through the data as they do now with zdata and zshadow. The shadow would not be needed but would be nice.

This would be somewhat complex to implement and is unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into product plan.
