Add IWQ details to the SMF119 subtype 02 TCP termination record Merged

The IWQ algorithm change introduced in PH43504 means that TCP/IP connections can move from the primary input queue to the bulk data AIQ at any point during the lifetime of the connection. It would be useful to record details of bulk data queue registration, deregistration (if it occurs) and which OSA interface it used for bulk data traffic. Adding these details to SMF119-02 seems logically appropriate.
