Provide customer with the option refreshing the msg10 screen when the 'clear' key is hit

Before applying the fix for PQ59246, using a USSMSG10 screen during a TN3270 session logon, when the 'clear' key is hit, the msg10 screen is always refreshed.  

After PQ59246, it was changed to leave the screen completely clear of any data. Actually, customer's application rely on the behavior before PQ59246, and in the past, IBM provided customer with the USERMOD which restore the behavior before PQ59246. Now customer is in the system migration, and IBM suggested to modify their application then remove the USERMOD. But it affects to their 322 systems on many branch offices around the world, and hard to modify them. Thereby customers are urging IBM to provide a way to restore the behavior as they remove USERMOD.

In recent version, even REFRESHMSG10 | NOREFRESHMSG10 option has been provided, it does not satisfy customer's requirement.
