Operator Command for refreshing keyrings used by AT-TLS

We have over 200 certificates that we use in our different environments every day with AT-TLS. Since we require to update these certificates once a year. To keep from taking an outage we have to go into z/OSMF and update the key ring instance then upload the new profile, making sure no other changes are staged at the time, and then have operations refresh of Pagent . This is a very involved process that makes it very difficult to do if we need to update a key ring during an issue.

TN3270 Task should have a CERT Refresh Command

Currently if a CERT that affects the TN3270 Task is renewed. The only way to refresh the CERT is to cycle the TN3270 Task on the mainframe. This can be very disruptive to users connected via TN3270. It would be helpful if the CERT could be refresh...
