zERT Analyzer - Allow for inverted filters for TCP/EE Endpoints

Currently the selected filters for the TCP or EE Endpoints do only allow to use include filters. However, I want to specifically exclude a Server and Client address range, which is currently not
possible. Hence, the plugin shall support the option to invert the filter from an include to an exclude statement.

maybe we also could exclude the "local machine", means 127.0.0.1,
for some queries. Because machine-internal communication is allowed to be non-secure.
(not as a default option, but give the option to exclude more than one IP-address for one report).

zERT - Allow Exclude IPs from Reports

For some Reports like "show unencrypted communications" it would reduce the List if we can exclude some ip addresses. Even the "local IP" 127.0.0.1 should be excludable The same situation, when server ip and client ip are equal.
