Extend support for TR31 key blocks with key usage P0 and mode of use B to AES PINPROT keys

About 5 years ago, I requested that you add support for mode of use B on key usage P0 key blocks, for IPINENC and OPINENC DES keys.  That request was implemented, controlled by ACPs, and we have been making use of it.  But that support was not extended to AES PINPROT keys.  As we work to migrate PIN processing from DES to AES, we ask that you please add the ability to import and export TR31 key blocks of AES PINPROT keys with mode of use B (ENCDEC).

    Is there an estimate of when this will become available in ICSF? We're at the point where we need to decide whether to code around not having this support or continue to wait for it.

    The CCA support for this change has been released as outlined below, but the ICSF side is not yet available - still in progress.

    D51C:S38 w/ CCA releases 8.2, 7.5, and 6.7
