Provide options to cancel active user sessions

It would be beneficial to have options to cancel active user sessions in order to comply with an audit requirement. 

This would involve providing the following options:

  1. Enhancing the Usage Satatistics plugin by selecting a box beside a User ID, then having an option from the Actions dropdown for the z/OSMF administrator to 'cancel' session
  2. Provide a sample batch job that can be run on-demand to cancel active sessions that have been online for x number of minutes 
  3. Provide a parameter (similar to the idle timeout parameter SESSION_EXPIRE) that sets an active session timeout value of x number of minutes
