Add Byte Counts to Port Statistic SMF records 119 sub 7

There currently is no way to see if there was a spike in traffic coming to a particular port during a time period for TCP traffic. This is something we really need for TCP applications to detect triggering events with our applications. The port statistics do this for UDP type traffic but for TCP traffic that interval byte count is missing (it could just be a total byte count up to that point and that would be ok too as we can calculate the delta).

    zERT aggregation addresses this need, assuming a reasonable SMF interval (not hours as can be specified through a zERT aggregation-specific recording interval). This idea will be marked as delivered.
