"Install multiple" must be available in all dialogs

In "Network Configuration Assistant" the new "install multiple" feature is missing in some dialogs.

How to recreate: change set, New --> Reusable Config.
Change something (e.g. new port reservation), save, validate against base
Manage Change Set Installs --> "install multiple" not available
...and also user is forced to install N times although "reusable config." implies that the resulting obey commands are the same for all systems in a sysplex.

The intended "install multiple" does not simplify your workflow (especially on sysplexes with a lot of stacks) We are running this version of z/OSMF Network Configuration AssistantHSMA23A;PH05703;2018-12-14T10:08:42 Build HSMA230;PH04391P;2018-11-21T06:42:24

A change set based on a "Reusable Configuration" that is shared among several active stacks will result in the same OBEY for all the said stacks. Thus making multiple install a valid approach.

This item is unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into product plan.
