ISPF highlighting should support highlighting HTML in ASCII mode. With the growth of HTML files in USS that appear in ASCII mode, ISPF support of these files makes sense. HTML coders will benefit, as well as the entire ISPF ecosystem.

Provide e an NEXCLUDE command similar to FIND and EXCLUDE that excludes all lines in the specified range that do not match the specified picture, regex or string in the specied columns.
