Update the D STOR,,TCPIP command to reflect CTRACE Bufsize for CTRACES SYSTCPIP and SYSTCPDA, etc.

The output of command D TCPIP,,STOR, at v1r13, displays the CTRACE size only. It does not reflect the amount of storage currently in use for each of the CTRACE options. This information is misleading as the current, maximum and limit never change....

In traditional ISPF at LOGON time, you can select a COMMAND to be executed. I noticed when I LOGON to TSO through ZOSMF, there is NOT a COMMAND field to enter. As a result, my current LOGON proc fails. Can you allow a COMMAND to be entered through ZOSMF?

It is useful because I cannot logon to TSO currently with my LOGON proc through ZOSMF. We do NOT want to have to create SPECIAL procs.
