DFDSS DUMP to have options to process HSM migrated datasets

Users have asked me to raise this issue that they would like DFDSS to be able to dump HSM migrated datasets - possibly by recalling them with NOWAIT, or even by performing some kind of COPYDUMP process directly from the migration volume

RDW support in the zNFS Server

We are using MVS data with mixed bytes need to be transfered in binary mode(no conversion).The zNFS server should support the usage and handling(transport) the z/OS RecordDescriptorWord(RDW) as FTP for example.

When an enclave is quiesced from the ENC panel, document in the syslog what tasks and parent tasks are quiesced.

Today, if you quiesce an enclave, there is no auditing information injected into the syslog as to the tasks being quiesced. More importantly, it's parent task is not documented in the syslog.

Create a SAF Resource or some other type of protection to protect port 0 from IDs requesting BIND / LISTEN. IDs must then be permitted the specific access to be able to do so.
