auditing of certificate usage

Provide a means of auditing usage of specific certificates.

Reduce CPU time for UNIX file security especially if you have FSACCESS on

Please enhance FSACCESS and UNIX file system access so it stops draining our engines. I would suggest adding a cache so that FSACCESS doesn't hammer RACF with calls ever single time anything traverses a directory or touches a file.

To allow configured the parameter "revoked after unsuccessful password attempts" in the RACF user profile. Actually it is only possible as a generic rule for all the users through the SETROPTS PASSWORD(REVOKE(d)) command

To avoid a DoS (Deny of Service) due a service user revoked because a wrong use of the password causing impact in the applications & services using it.
