zOSMF file transmission delay

When uploading or downloading a large file it seems like nothing happens, but eventually the screen will pop up. Just an immediate confirmation that file transfer has started and then when completed or stopped would suffice.

The CFRM Policy Editor currently allows you to add a CF to a PREFLIST at the start, or the end, or in a random position. However, configurations with more than 2 CFs require an easier way to add CFs in any relative position in the PREFLIST.
