List data set members and USS files with control characters in the name

Product: Zowe CLI, Zowe Explorer, Postman

Actor: User attempting to list members in a partitioned data set or list files in a USS directory when one of the names contains a control character in the range \x00-\x1f (such as \x0a = LF and \x10 = DLE).

Current Behavior: The request to list members/files returns invalid JSON, since the control characters are not escaped. For example if a member name contains a new line it should be escaped as "FOO\nBAR", but instead the JSON will contain a literal new line character: "FOO
BAR"

Because we have members/files with control characters such as this in their name, and ISPF is able to properly display that they exist, we would like the REST API to be able to do as well.
