Provide method to determine how many drawers are installed in a z16 CEC. (Or future CECs)

We use BCPii interfaces to create dashboard concerning our CEC environments. It would be nice to have all data concerning a CEC be accessible. In particular we would like to be able to tell how many drawers are in a CEC. (MAXxx type info).
