Optimize repartition of the LPAR on the several drawers of the Z

Today the algorithm of repartition of the LPAR on the several drawers is to fill the first drawer, then the second one etc
If you use few CP and few memory, all your partitions will be started on the same drawer with a L4 cache shared with all the LPARs
The Relative Nest Intensity (RNI) in this case is very bad and your activity needs much more CPU (up to 25%)
We'd like at least an algorithm that optimize the use of L4 cache by spreading the biggest LPARs on the different drawer available and complete with the smallest LPARs

    .Hello this RFE needs to be sent to the correct Product owner team. We have brought it to the attention of the LPAR SME who stated it should go to the HMC SME who stated it doesn't belong with his team. My advice at this time is to work with your sales team on a better solution for having this RFE addressed. I have reopened the RFE for now and will see which team and take this and work on it. I apologize for any inconvenience we are looking into it.

    could you please explain me why this request has been rejected and also clarify the comment from Feb 9, 2022 seen below '.RFE is being rejected on account that RFE epic keeps getting send to wrong team. Per RFE owners this nee......

    .RFE is being rejected on account that RFE epic keeps getting send to wrong team. Per RFE owners this needs to not be HMC and be sent to the LPAR tram please resubmit with proper team and directions.
