SMTP exit capability to modify MAIL values for anything passing through SMTP

Currently the smtpexit can only be used to accept or reject email. My request would allow the exit to alter, not the content of the mail, but the values used to determine who the mail is originating from such as "MAIL FROM:<" values.

Full FTP Support for PDSE

FTP should support the transfer of PDS to a PDSE load library. There is no potential loss of data to be incurred from this in the way a PDSE to a PDS would be impacted. Currently this is not supported.
