Surface entire response body when using HWTH_VERBOSE_UNREDACTED

Today HWTH_VERBOSE_UNREDACTED will include the first and last 40 bytes of the response body. Would like a way to have the toolkit surface the entire response body - since the first and last 40 bytes isn't typically that helpful.
