Define job card for a Management Services Catalog service in the service definition as well as in global settings

Is it possible to define the job card being inserted into jobs in the service definition itself rather than just in the global settings in the Management Services Catalog plugin. Also could an option be provided in the service definition to stop a user from being able to update the job card when they are about to run the service.

For example a particular service may rely on some AT-TLS rules that are triggered for a particular job name prefix to provide a secure connection to a server (for example a batch job connecting to a z/OSMF server using the web enablement toolkit).

At the current time the only option we have is to set a single job name as a global setting, which is used for all jobs submitted from the plugin, which may not be appropriate for all the defined services in the catalog.

Also currently when the user runs the service they are provided with an opportunity to modify the job card before running the service. Modification of the jobname on the job card by the user may stop the service outlined previously from working as the AT-TLS rules are not triggered for the submitted batch job. Providing an option in the service definition to not present the job card for modification before running the service would prevent this from happening
