Enhance BCPii Security so it is more Granular

Please enhance BCPii to have granular calls to RACF for each command issued. We're thinking something similar to the OPERCMDS class and how z/OS uses it.

We have found a weird behaviour using PL/I REGEX function. After opening a support case, IBM team become aware code page needs some updates. However, it may be easier to build a new one, picking those changes.

z/OSMF supplied ftp profiles need to be GDPR compliant
