Provide "MOVE" option to IEBCOPY /SHARE Requirement SSMVSS13010-Priority=3.7

Provide an option for IEBCOPY that deletes the members that are sucessfully copied to another PDS(E). "MOVE" is my suggestion keyword as that is the same function used to do this with ISPF.(opened per SHARE REQ-SSMVSS13010)

Intelligent refresh after a new user/group is added to a resource access list.

After adding an user or group to a resource access list a SETROPTS REFRESH for the class to which the resource belongs is required. This has a huge impact on performance depending on the resource class.
