Provide method to determine how many drawers are installed in a z16 CEC. (Or future CECs)

We use BCPii interfaces to create dashboard concerning our CEC environments. It would be nice to have all data concerning a CEC be accessible. In particular we would like to be able to tell how many drawers are in a CEC. (MAXxx type info).

Dynamic HW activation support for LinuxONE III

JPMC has purchased three LinuxONE III machines to use for IDAA SSC. This will be part of their zOS IODF. They have asked if they would be able to perform dynamic activations on this machine like they could for their standalone coupling facilities.

JPMC RFE is needed to ask for future support to be able to delay, NOT CANCEL the scheduled code upgrade via the HMA. Today, there is no deferral option only a cancel option when approaching scheduled start time.
