M/T 2964 (z13) WCU Pump Switch

This is a customer request (Walmart) to be able to manually switch the WCU pumps. Currently the WCU pumps switch ever 47 days. Customer had a couple of situations where the customer supply loop valves were not open on the redundant supply loop and this was not discovered until 47 days after the installation of the z13. Customer is requesting for a way to switch the WCU's or to improve diagnostic testing that would detct when a customer water loop is closed

    Thank you for the input. The teams evaluated the suggestion as part of followon WCU designs. This note is to logistically close the RFE record.

    Customer faciliites are concerned about stagnent water as a result of no water flow in the standby pump for up to 47 days. This will force them to start treating the customer water to avoid contaimination problems. Requesting a modification to this request that would allow to set a pump siwtch override or automated way to force pump switching between the two WCU's.
