Selection of TLS version was announced as part of the z14 GA2 announcement that occurred on October 2, 2018. Availability was announced for December 3rd. If there is still also a desire for cipher suite selection please submit a separate RFE with additional details. Thank you.
Requirement for TLS version selection was delivered. The requirement for cipher suite selection is understood and under consideration for the future.

Requirement is understood and planned for future release
As of June 2018 there will be no acceptence by PCI for TLS lower 1.2 anymore!
