Encryption of Data In Flight (EDiF) on z/HyperLink

From: https://www.ibm.com/downloads/cas/JP-ENUSJG19-0039-CA/name/ENUSJG19-0039.PDF

Fibre Channel Endpoint Security: In the future IBM intends to provide Fibre
Channel Endpoint Security to extend pervasive encryption on IBM Z, providing
additional data protection and helping to achieve compliance mandates.

We need the similar function on z/HyperLink.

IBM zHyperlink is a PCIe-based point-to-point connected technology and does not have encryption functionality built into the adapter hardware. Clients who require data flowing over zHyperlink to be encrypted should use Dataset level Encryption on IBM Z for protection of that storage data.
