RACFVM: Provide commands to display the current MFA server and to change which MFA server is active.

Having this functionality would be useful to z/VM Systems Programmers and for RACF/MFA Security Administrators as a way to quickly assess and potentially alter the current MFA server environment if it is determined to be necessary.

For z/VM systems where RACF is configured to use MFA, a new function enhancement to display the in-use MFA server and any alternate MFA servers is needed. This seems like a reasonable extension to “RAC SETROPTS LIST” output.

Similarly, for z/VM systems where RACF is configured to use MFA, a new function enhancement to select an alternate MFA server is needed. This seems like a reasonable enhancement to “RAC SETROPTS REFRESH” (to re-read contents of the MFA CONFIG file) and “RAC RVARY” or “RAC SETROPTS” (to nominate a new MFA server).

    I've spoken to the MFA architects and this isn't something the MFA product can solve, the solution needs to come from the RACF/VM product.
