DfSMSdss generic RENAME to allow change in number of qualifiers

DfSMSdss provides the RENAME and RENAMEUNCONDITIONAL options to rename datasets when they are restored or copied, either by changing the first-level qualifier of the dataset name, or by matching the dataset name to an 'old-name' in a list of (old-name,new-name) pairs and renaming it to match 'new-name'. The 'old-name' and 'new'name' can be generic templates but the utility does not allow the number of qualifiers in the name to be changed. The requirement is to be allow generic renames where the number of qualifiers is changed.

Ability to request additional qualifiers with dfsmsdss restores

Merged
Allow dfsmsdss restores to generically rename incoming dumped datasets with additional qualifiers, instead of having to code each and every incoming dataset with an equivalent target dataset name (maximum 255 renames allowed anyway).
