OMPROUTE should retry after receiving ERRNO=112, for higher availability

OMPROUTE daemon gives up too soon when the stack terminates and automation exhausts it't restart attempts before the stack reinitializes.
OMPROUTE should be enhanced to perform it's own retry logic, waiting for the stack to come back up before giving up with the following messages:
