WLM initiator

WLM initiator address space will be dropped after several minutes inactive. Customer want to control the WLM initiator dropping processing, such as there is a parameter we can set to control how many minutes the WLM initiator will be dropped, or even never dropped.

.Per conversations with the WLM team, this requirement is being declined. Note that changes made in 3.1 not only can use AI to control when initiators are started (in anticipation of job arrival) but also functionality was added such that upcoming jobs (submitted using the HOLDUNTIL/HOLDUNTL bunction) are considered when deciding to remove idle initiators. While this isn?t exactly the functionality described in the RFE, it can have a very similar effect (initiators not being removed for a prolonged period).
