Requesting $ZAPSOOL command similar to $ZAPJOB to remove complete volume

Accidentally dataset names of spool volumes have been deleted. At next warm start JES2 didn't recognize spool volumes anymore because dataset names were missing.
Reply at warm start was replied with GO, because no data was modified on volumes.
Now these volumes were in a obscure state and couldn't be started again, although message description of reply $HASP853 said that could be done.
Please make a command $ZAPSOOL available to get rid of that problem the easy way.
