Connect keyring to another keyring as an extension to the first

Allow a Key Ring to be connected to another key ring as an extension to the first -- all the certificates in the second key ring would act as if they were individually connected to the first key ring.

a Keyring contains pointers to digital certificates, to simulate a physical keystore that would contain trusted certificates in a file/dataset. Some applications use both a Keystore (for primary certificates) and a TrustStore (which would contain Certificate Authority certs only), and the truststore could be shared in common with other certificate usages. By allowing a key ring (including a virtual keyring like *AUTH*/*, the ring of all Trusted CERTAUTH certs) to become an extension of another, one can simply manage a primary keyring with a default cert for a specific server, and then link it to another keyring that has whatever other CA certs are needed for the application, that may be used by many other applications by sharing with those key rings.

This item is a valid requirement but unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan. If this requirement is high value, please re-open it, or open a new requirement.
