Display Public Certificate in AT-TLS Trace

Many times when working with AT-TLS there are mismatched Certificate issues. Especially when you are the client. However even when you have the Tracing for ATTLS turned to 255 you can not extract the public certificate from the flow. 99% of the time trouble shooting issues revolve around certificates. This would make PD of an TLS handshake failure a lot faster.
