ATTLS policy applied after SOCKS occur for FTP policy

I was attempting to get a proxy'ed connection for FTP to use ATTLS outbound. I could not get the policy to match on IP and Port due to the fact it was using Socks.
This means all of the connections that I have going through my Proxy server has to use either the Job name or the same Keyring/TLS settings.

Based on our research and a discussion with the submitter, this RFE is essentially asking that AT-TLS rules be either dynamically generated or dynamically modified based on some application-specific behavior (in this case, the fact that FTP is connecting through a proxy). This type of behavior would violate some of the basic design points of AT-TLS and would either require application control of basic elements of the AT-TLS enforcement logic, or inclusion of application-specific intelligence within AT-TLS itself. Neither of these approaches are desirable from a strategic perspective. Since the stated goal is achievable by coding rules based on jobnames, which does fall within AT-TLS design parameters, this requirement is not accepted.
