Add module load point information to ISRDDN

When using the ISRDDN function to evaluate load module information, it is only the Entry Point Address (EPA) that is referenced... the Load Point is never really addressed. For example, when issuing the LOAD command, the "CSVQUERY results" pop-up window shows the "Module address", but that's the EPA, not the Load Point. So... if one were to try to use the "Module Address" to determine the actual displacement into a load module where the EPA does not equal the Load Point, the calculation is not possible. It would be useful if the ISRDDN LOAD and/or BROWSE command could identify not only the EPA (as "Module address", but also display the Load Point (a new line item in the pop-up window). In addition, when issuing the LOAD command, it would be useful to have an optional parameter on the LOAD command to load the module using the EPA (default) or the Load Point.
