Option to automatically create unique workflowname through RESTful API

Workflows created within the z/OSMF Workflow tab have a unique name if the value "Default Name:" is left blank. As a result, all the workflows created from the same .xml will have “- Workflow_%", where % is a increasing number with each workflow creation.

However, when the same .xml workflow is submitted through the RESTful API interface (the JSON POST request), the function that provides this uniqueness is not available.
In the RESTful API POST request, the "Workflow name" is a required field:

POSTing the same .xml workflow with the same "workflowName" also results in an error, because the workflowname must be unique.

This RFE is raised to request an option within the JSON POST request to include a (e.g.) "Make Unique" Yes/No option to provide an standard way to generate unique workflow names.
