Passticket Generation by Group/User Merged

Currently there is no way to exclude RACF groups/users from passticket generation. We would like a new feature implemented where we can exclude groups/users from Passticket. This would prevent passticket to be generated for privileged accounts and other accounts that are critical for the system and applications.

    I don't think this is a good idea. Among other things, the PassTicket generation algorithm is public. No matter what you prohibit on z/OS, I can still generate a PassTicket on another platform (assuming the Secure Key).
