z/OSMF Console view

When using z/OSMF console UI interface it is impossible to switch to the OPERLOG view when messages are arriving into the CONSOLE view. To be able to switch to the OPERLOG view we need to LOCK the console - back-out of the view /select console / action LOCK - that is too clumsy. The screen should be divided into 2 views and allow an easy switch between historic and current message view.

Also The Console Summary view should be enhanced to allow a click on one of the bar graph and then have the OPERLOG view to position to the starting point of the bar graph. The way it works today is that the Current console view is positioned but as messages are arriving the position is reset.
