DELETE VVR/NVR and misleading ICH408I violation on Master Catalog

When a Storage Administrator attempts DELETE VVR or DELETE NVR on an orphaned component on DASD, and the implied catalog does not match the catalog name within that VVDS record, and, the administrator does NOT have READ access to FACILITY profile STGADMIN.IGG.DLVVRNVR.NOCAT, then the message ICH408I RACF violation message is commonly issued because the user does not have ALTER access to the current system's MASTER CATALOG. There is no mention of the profile STGADMIN.IGG.DLVVRNVR.NOCAT, which is really the core issue. This is often highly misleading to the audience involved
