Creating links to independent mount points for CICS, DB2 and applications

The mount points /usr/lpp/db2, /usr/lpp/cics, /usr/lpp/cicsts and /usr/lpp/applicationxxxx should be linked in such a way that became independent from the $VERSION filesystem in case ZOS is in OMVS Sysplex mode. So, I suggest to create the following symbolic links:

/usr/lpp/db2 → /home/db2,
/usr/lpp/cics → /home/cics
/usr/lpp/cicsts → /home/cicsts
/usr/lpp/applxxx → /appl/applxxx

The /home and /appl directories, with their subdirs could be created one time in sysplex ROOT and $VERSION (ROOT for non-sysplex OMVS) , and nothing more needed to be modified both for OMVS sysplex or not. The BPXPRMxx need no modification as well. This would prevent the work of recreating the independent mount points each time a maintenance is done.
