Health Check for USS mounts would benefit from ability to specify "expected deviation"

In a multi-member sysplex it isn't unusual for a shared BPXPRMxx member to attempt to mount a symbolically described ZFS at a mountpoint already occupied by a data set from another IPL set. This is flagged as a mount failure on the system attempting to mount the new filesystem even though it is intended. Even if the "other" were dismounted and the new mounted, the result would be an exception on at least one system.

CHECK(IBMUSS,USS_PARMLIB_MOUNTS) could be enhanced to be able to be toggled off (acknowledged, accept the deviation) or wildcard enabled as opposed to "no filesystem mounted" which would seem like a much more serious error.
