This is the public portal for all IBM Z Hardware and Operating System related offerings. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

We would like to be able to have DIAGnn members, that only contain MVS (in the AutoIPL policy). We'd like to have the ability to change the MVS address, but leave the existing SADMP information intact.
For example
DIAGAA contains:
AUTOIPL SADMP(7D9A,SM01804) MVS(LAST)
DIAGBB contains:
AUTOIPL MVS(6B9B,6B0900M1)
note: in DIAGBB, make note, it does NOT contain the SADMP specification.
Current, DIAGBB is considered invalid. After issuing a SET DIAG= operator command, we get error messages:
ASA002I SYNTAX ERROR IN PARMLIB MEMBER=DIAGBB LINE 1: 232
SADMP EXPECTED BEFORE <NON-KEYWORD>.
DETECTING MODULE IS IGVDITMS. INPUT LINE:
AUTOIPL MVS(6B9B,6B0900M1)
