Track Service class CPU for only CP - Currently CPU usage in service units includes CP and ZIIP usage.

Currently CPU usage in service units includes CP and ZIIP usage. From TSO the consumption is available on RG panel. From HTTP Data Portal is available with report : service rate by WLM service class [8D1FC0]. In a context where ZIIP processor is highly used is not possible to real time monitor which service class impact only CP usage. The PROCU panel show only CP usage but at address space level, aggregation of data in a large sysplex require many queries. The request is to have a report where CP usage is tracked at service class level.

    Need the same for SDSF CPU% (should only include GCP and not zIIP usage) or have a new field for just GCP% (note: GCP-Use% is not the same as CPU% when only GCPs are being used since 1 STC or job can have GCP-Use% over 100%).
