Utilization information of the AI accelerator

Similar to CPACF there should be some monitoring function available to observe the physical utilization of the AI accelerator. CPACF offers at least a counter of instruction calls which is visible via SMF

    IBM has evaluated the request, and has determined that it already exists in the product. AI instruction use counters are reported in the type 30 record and there are CPU MF SMF 113 counters that can be used to show the utilization of the AI Accelerator.
