    Adding a new PARMLiB is not difficult to do. However, it seems like CICSVR should create their own PARMLIB member and stop using the SMS PARMLIB. In the future, CICSVR can make modifications without SMS involvement. Also, it's kind of hard for SMS to document the CICSVR function(s) in the future.
