HCD device ADD LIKE enhancement

Currently the ADD LIKE function for devices functions differently for 3390B devices than 3390D devices. Specifically in the case where you ADD LIKE a 3390B intending for it to retain the address but in a new CU that you intend to connect to a different OS Config. Currently you get rejected back to the initial ADD Like screen. If you do the same thing for a 3390D device, it will invoke the OS Configuration selection dialogue with a message indicating the conflict so you can assign to a different OS Configuration (therefore resolving the conflict). It would be most helpful if ADD LIKE for 3390B devices worked like 3390D devices in this regard so you can assign the same device address to different CU's and in different OS Configurations.

This feature has been removed with Apar OA66376 to avoid an ABEND in this area.
