Edit recovery doesn't recognize dataset/member being recovered has changed

Edit recovery is unable to tell that the underlying dataset/member has been changed since the recovery dataset was written.

Since the entire dataset/member already appears to be being written to the recovery dataset, it should be possible to save a hash/signature of the original contents that can be used by edit recovery to flag the fact that the dataset/member has changed.

Obviously this is not an ironclad guarantee, but will flag a lot of cases.
