Fast Replication target volumes that have no UCB should be ignored

With FR the pool storage group(source) and the COPY POOL BACKUP storage group(target) must not contain predefined devices without UCB. Application data can grow very fast, so we use automated tasks that initialize new volumes. Unfortunatelly, when a pool contains no predefined volumes, you also have to define the volumes (ISMF) and activate the SCDS. Alternative would be, to define much more volumes than you need and waste lots of UCBs. We ask IBM to ignore the predefined volumes without UCBs. This makes the adding of new volumes easier and makes the space usage effective. Thank you very much!!
