Message EZZ0053I should include the file that was used

When an obeyfile is issued the message

EZZ0053I COMMAND VARY OBEY COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY

is issued. However if there are a lot of obeyfiles being done, it is hard to determine which one it was and if the obeyfile was successful or not.

The command processor is serial in nature, so there is a direct correlation between the message indicating the start of a command and the message indicating the command has been processed whether successfully or not. Of course the normal flow of messages for a vary obey command all contain the dataset name which makes it pretty easy when looking at the log, without the need to go back and see what command was issued.
